My work sits at the intersection of People, Operations, and Technology, helping organizations grow by supporting the people who power them. I focus on clarity, structure, and empathy, designing systems that make performance and culture sustainable at scale.

Currently, I’m a Recruiter at a fast-moving biotech company, Enveda, exploring new frontiers in drug discovery through AI and natural products. I specialize in connecting mission-driven talent with meaningful opportunities in complex, dynamic environments, and I love seeing people find work that truly fits.

Outside of work, I’m an endurance athlete, husband, and dad of three boys. Whether it’s an ultramarathon or a workplace challenge, I’ve learned that growth comes through discomfort and consistency. My goal is always the same: to build cultures where people perform and feel cared for.
